IV. PROCEDURES
The class will be divided in 5 groups and each group must reflect on this adage by Johann Wolfgang von Goethe: “Knwoing is not enough;

lesson we must apply. Willing is not enough; we must do.” The class will be given 5 minutes to share their reflections to their classmates. After the 5
minute session, they will choose a representative to share their groups’ reflection.
The students will review on the different physical activities that will serve as exercises.

exercise. In fact, her self-assessment score showed that there is progress in her cardiorespiratory status.
Recently, however, Meann felt discouraged because her flexibility and muscular strength show no improvement as much as they did
before. Meann is desperate to know what is wrong with her fitness progra.
