1. Deep work
a. Have 3 hours of UNDISTRACTED work every day
b. No social media, no email, no phone
c. Stay focused and removing distractions is the key if you want to accomplish more
2. Wake up and go to bed at the same time every day
a. It increases your energy levels and builds discipline
b. Wake at 5am and sleep at 9 pm (6 days out of the week)
3. Delayed Gratification
a. too much partying, TV shows, video games, unhealthy foods, etc. will ruin your
motivation
b. work hard now and make short term sacrifices for your long-term goals and future life
you want
4. Work out MINIMUM 3 times a week to train your body but more importantly, train your mind
a. Exercising regularly builds discipline, resilience and increase your energy.
b. The key is to be consistent with it
5. How you do one thing is how you do everything
a. If you do not give 100% to your workouts, you’re not going to give 100% to your
business
b. Treat everything with excellence and see how your life changes.
