TASK 4:
Create a program or activity that will help fight abuses or injustice we
are facing today.

Title:
INJUSTICE: INFLUENCE VS. POWERLESS

The activity or program that we are going to implement is to seek

justice to those people who are victims in many injustices happening
right now in our country, particularly in our society. We all know that
many of us Filipino became a victim of injustices due to powerless or the
life status that we have. People that have the privilege, the influence, or
the power will easily brought us down, or blame from something we
didn't even do or committed.

One example of this is that the incident happened months ago. It

was on June 5, 2022 when the video got viral. A security guard got hit by
an SUV car and if you are to look the video closely, you can say that it
was intentional. The security guard filed a case against the suspect that
is frustrated murder, however, it was being changed to frustrated
homicide. The security guard filed a case again, but the prosecutor just
abandoned it. If you were the security guard, how would you feel? Of
course you will get angry because of unfair treatment and injustices.
That's why, by implementing this activity, it is not 100% sure that all
injustices or inequality will be eliminated, however, we are definitely sure
that through this program, it will lessen the victims of all injustices they
have been through.

Goal:

The program will stood upon the equality of each citizen in the
eyes of the law, where social differences shouldn't be taken to conclude
justice. It will converse about persistence of injustices despite of having a
structured laws and ordinances which unflavored the powerless and
enable the well off—influential people to reign over the helpless. Further,
this will motivate and give courage to everyone to fight their own rights,
and seek for fairness to prevail the truth.
Audience:

This program is intended for all of us individuals specially to those

people who don't have the privilege or power to speak for the truth and
protect themselves from injustice and abuses. We all know that we have
the right to defend ourselves whether we are poor or rich or have
influence or haven't. This is also for those who have power to stop using
their influence to manipulate the laws and justice but instead use their
power to encourage equality and implement fairness to all.

Actions:

We heard many news about social injustice. Racism, economic

inequality and class discrimination are some of the root causes of social
injustice. When a group with wealth, power or authority gives
preferential treatment to its own group over members of another group,
social injustice occurs. There is no such way to stop social injustice but
we can find ways on how to prevent it.

What are the ways we can do to prevent injustice? How to deal

with unfairness?

 Stop believing you are powerless and has no capacity to seek for
justice.
In order to stop people who use as their influence to put the justice
in their hands or make justice in favor of their personal welfare, Stop
thinking that you are powerless and start changing your moves in
getting that justice. Seek people who loves justice and not just doing
their job to earn. Try to seek knowledge about the laws and study your
case on how you can make justice serves to be right.

 Hope and self- confidence.

Never lose the hope if you know that you are in a right way of
seeking that justice. That hope will become your foundation to continue
pursuing the social justice you aim. It will also need your self-confidence
to face all judgments and possible complaints of the other party.
