There are two different kinds of law on the planet. The first is known as COMMON LAW,
which is law of the land. The other is maritime admiralty, which is also known as the law
of water, it can also be referred to as banking law.
Maritime admiralty law considers you a maritime admiralty product, simply because you
were birthed out of your mother's water. A ship sits in its birth until the captain gives a
certificate of manifest to the port authorities.
The reason you are required to have a Birth Certificate is because at the time of your
birth there is an exchange of money to cover hospital costs. The dock signs your birth
certificate simply because that is what the ship is tied to, you will need a dock to sign
your birth certificate.

Let's go over this again, when you came down your mother's birth canal you came out of
her water, making YOU a maritime admiralty PRODUCT. That is right you became a
PRODUCT of commerce at the time of your birth. Your mother also needs to sign your
birth certificate. If you notice on your birth certificate where your mother signed, she is
not listed as parent, nor is she listed as mother. Where your mother signed your birth
certificate she is known as informant!

If you look at your social security card, you will see numbers in red on the back of the
card. The front of the card will be printed in either blue or black, but the numbers on the
back will be in RED.

your body. Your body is bought and sold on stock markets. The numbers In red on the
back of the card is the serial number of your stock. Poor people are considered common
stock and the wealthy is known as preferred stock.

Just like any other stock, your body is traded on open markets though the use of your
birth certificate. If you could see your original certificate of birth, you would see on the
back of the certificate marks from banks from all over the globe. World banks trade your
body just as they do every other commodity. This is because you are stock in a maritime
admiralty banking scheme where you are used to return profits to the bank.

Be aware of your surroundings and do not take things for granted. Just because you
were not taught it in school does not mean it is not real!
Look at your bills, check out your drivers license, your social security card, utility bills,
anything with your name on it.
What do you see?
Any form that is used for business purposes will have YOUR NAME in capital letters.

Anytime you are involved in business transactions, you will always see YOUR NAME in
CAPITAL LETTERS. Only in this form are you able to deal with either banks or the
government. Whenever Your name is spelled with a combination of capital and
lowercase letters it refers directly to you as a natural person.
Since the banks and government have no control over natural born people, they will not
deal with you as a person. Only your straw man is able to engage in commerce.
Once you sign a contract which uses YOUR NAME in capital letters you have given your
consent to this artificial entity. Now you can be brought into a Court.
When you find yourself in a Court you will be asked to stand before the bench. In Latin
the term for bench is banco, or more simply put bank. So a judge sits on a bench, they
also rule from the bench. In other words the judge rules for the bank. Words have
meaning!

Whenever there is a case heard in a Court, somebody is going to pay. That is right the
Queen Of England gets a cut from the energy, time, and labor of the American people.

If I receive a summons I have to go to court?
The question is did you receive the summons, or did your artificial Strawman receive it?
Look at the summons and see how your name is spelled. If it is in CAPITAL LETTERS
than this is not you the person, it is a Corporation belonging to foreign Interests. The
corporation is not alive, it simply does not really exist at all and you cannot be held
responsible for it unless you give your consent.
There is absolutely no reason that an American needs to appear before British Grand
Lodge Masonic System called Courts. Americans are deceived into believing that they
must go to Court. Free people do not have to do anything! Only a slave is required to
answer to Court orders.
Why would an individual allow a Court to hear

their case under Admiralty law!
The federal government serving on behalf of King's commerce, has every intention of
stripping the people of their Natural Born Rights. Simply to replace them with state
granted privileges. eliminating common law by getting them to believe in the artificial
entity known as the federal government.
It provides an illusion of fair laws such as the 14th Amendment. It also is busy working
on getting the people to rely on government services such as Welfare, Social Security and
other state sponsored programs.
There are many illusions perpetrated on the American people such as licenses, permits,
and certificates. They also get people to believe in the worthless linen with green ink
known as Federal Reserve Notes.
There is also a cacophony of security services that seem more than redundant. IRS/FBI
/CIA/NSA/FEMA/DHS
Why are Americans forced in to contracts without

their consent!
There are many Americans who believe that all these entities are necessary. Almost like
they believe that without this army of security services they could not survive. This
provides the federal government with a society that relies on the government for their
very lives, like they would not be able to live without it.
Thanks to our system of lawyers, we have hidden contracts of this type. Until the people
realize that a charade has been perpetrated on the nation, we have no hope of freedom.
We must first see, and then identify this system of oppression.

I am interested in info, documents, articles, and/or any usefull material associated with
how to regain my freedom! I've had about all I can stand of the sherade I had always
thought exsisted, over the years I've been called a conspiracy therorist or anti
government to be put mildly! I've worked hard since 15 and have nothing to show for it
bit a lot of paid taxes and a 07 civic paid for in full but, somehow still must pay taxes on
it every year or no tag, no driver liscense! Please I'm at my wits end with this crap, if
there is nothing I can really do about this fact I will shortly have to just vanish into the
woods with the few things I need for basic survival, wich I'm totaly capable of but, it will

Vital Statistics. My name is in Upper/lower lettering, not in ALL-CAPS.
I have the original 1966 Socialist Slave Number card obtained by my father bearing my
name in Upper/lower typed lettering. No ALL-CAPS there either!
What is this "ALL-CAPS" stuff anyway? I have seen it over and over but not a single bit of
Court Findings, Statutes, or any official-appearing documentation. When I was in court
in Pensacola, Fla. in 1995 I insisted on my name being spelled in Upper/lower case. The

This premise falls flat on its face in the second paragraph, and then rolls downhill from
there. Birth and Berth are two very different words that happen to sound the same, only
one has any relevance when talking maritime vessels.

Also on my Birth Certificate my Mothers Maiden Name is listed and my fater was the
informat. This is on a Texas BC.And it's in all upper/lower case letters.
I've been taught that the Red number on the back of your SS card is a private credit
account with one of the Fed Reserves. Mine begins with F for Atlanta. I looked up their
routing number and the last 8 numbers on my card is an account number used to credit
your account. Brandon Adams on Creditors in Commerce explains it well. There's a lot

paranoia about who and what we are..and who owns us!I'm surprised that it isn't
professed that we are still under agreement of the Magna Carta! The question of whether
or not a person can be forced into a contract that he/she didn't willing enter is
adequately covered in the Constitution..and is about to be revisited by the Supreme
Court in their review of Obamacare. I have many "offical" documents with my name
both in capital letters, and upper and lower case letter, and my birth certificate has
nothing on the reverse side..and my mother's signature is in the "Mother" signature

This is a very ridiculous article. I won't go into all of it, because it's wrong in so many
ways, but let's just look at the first paragraph.
It is stated that there are two kinds of law, common law and admiralty law. This is totally
false! Common law does not, and never has, included anything like constitutional law, or
statutes of any kind. Common law is what is also known as case law. Under a common
law system, a court, when it makes a decision, must explain its reasoning. This
explanation then becomes binding on future decisions, as what is known as a precedent.
If the court rules that it's ok to kill a pig which wanders onto your field and starts eating
your crop, then that becomes the law. That, is common law. Common law decisions also
interpret statutes and their applicability in particular cases, and these interpretations are
likewise binding by precedent.
This makes common law different from statutory law, which are the laws made by
statute of a governing assembly - for instance, the constitution of the US is statutory law,
not common law. So is the Criminal Code or anything else like that, any Act.
Common law is unique to gov'ts/nations which descended from English political

tradition. France, for instance, doesn't have common law, nor does Germany. They have
what's called civil law. In civil law, courts do not issue a long rationalization of their
decision: they simply refer to the relevant statutes. In civil law systems, it is legal
academics, not judges, who guide the interpretation of statutes.
Admiralty law is just a subset of statutes, not on par with a "type" of law (like common
law or civil law). It is like family law, or criminal law, or real estate law, except that it's
international (similar to, say, the Geneva Conventions).
All the rest of the article is equally far off the mark. Capitalization of names has no legal
relevance at all. It is no more than a stylistic typographic convention. If you attempted to
make an argument in court on that basis, you will be laughed at - and numerous people
have tried this stupid defense, all to no avail. The law is fussy about *spelling* but that's
another matter entirely. It does not care about upper or lower case, italics, what font you
use, or anything like that - these are merely conventions used in the legal profession, and
largely determined by a writing manual known as the Bluebook (aka A Uniform System
of Citation). Rest assured, the name on your birth certificate or other government
documents - regardless of whether it's in upper or lower case - refers to the real you, not
a fictional identity. Some older documents in certain jurisdictions will have only first
letters capitalized, others will have all caps - in court it makes not even a tiny bit of
difference at all.

I have been studying this and the banking system for a long time. What a fraud it is. The
IRS is on my back for what they claim filing amended fictitious tax returns. I found there
is no law to even file a tax return for most natural persons. They love to impose their
laws on statutes and codes in which are intended for the STRAWMAN. I've been paying
these thieves for about 2 years in just penalties. Of course all bills I receive from them
my name is all in CAPS. I'm not sure if the "Accepted for Value" thing will work. I've
read HJR-192 when the gold standard was lifted. Anyone have any comments on this?

I got my original birth certificate from my mother, who received a free photostatic copy
from the hospital before she left with me in her arms. I still have that copy from the 50s,
and the reverse side is completely blank. Also, I was sent a copy of my birth certificate
and received it June 7 of 95 printed on security paper with my name properly
spelled,not"all in caps" with nothing on the back.
According to the facts on my birth certificates, what you're stating is false,or,it may be
what you're referring to happened after June of 95. If that is the case, perhaps you could
provide us with a date when this took place.

A signature shall be procured consistent with the following priorities:
1. 'Mother' is the preferred informant.
2. If mother is not available, then the hospital administrator in charge of the birth
registration unit is the next preferred informant.
Birth certificate preparers should make a reasonable effort to obtain a mother's

signature within 10 days of the birth. When a hospital administrator signs as informant,
it is recommended that a notation be filed with the child's medical record, or other filing
system, that indicates the reason a mother's signature could not be obtained.
Parents Not Married/ Acknowledgment of Parentage (and Affidavit of Non-Paternity, if

appropriate)

1. Both 'Parents' are the preferred informant.
2. If both parents are not available, then 'Mother' is the next preferred informant.
3. If mother is not available, then 'Father' is the next preferred informant.

Two signatures are required for the Acknowledgment (and Affidavit) form(s). In most
cases the birth certificate should be prepared and signed at the same time. Parents must
use the same signature, when signing as informant, that is used on the Acknowledgment
and Non-Paternity forms. If both parents are not available (as when the
acknowledgment/ affidavit is sent out of facility to obtain a signature), one parent's
signature should be obtained. If acknowledgments/affidavits are correctly completed,
but neither parent's signature can be obtained within 10 days of the birth, and no
accommodation can be made to obtain the signatures within a reasonable extension,
then a hospital administrator should sign the record as informant. It is recommended
that documentation should remain with the child's medical record, or other filing
system, that indicates the reason why a parent signature could not be obtained on the
birth certificate. Notarized signatures on the Acknowledgment are sufficient to show that
the name of the child, and other certificate information, is as the parents intended.

after looking at my birth certificate, I find that the information you posted about birth
certificates,is totally false. The mother is listed as" mother of child" unsigned by her,
signed by the doctor.
