II on World Health day.

To increase memory skills and concentration De Montfort Academy conducts meditation
class every day. We understand the importance of meditation that plays an important
part in education.

Family tree activity conducted to get students involved in learning about the importance
of family. Students participated with full enthusiasm and zeal in an enjoyable way

Our tiny tots are in full energy and got engaged in learning new things......

To enhance the interest of the children and exploit their artistic potential an Art activity
was organized for students of Class VIII

Winners of Inter Class Spell Bee Competition:

Welcome Party “organized for our adorable KG.Kids. All the kids were very excited
.They enjoyed various activities. They were given welcome badges of flowers. Lovely kids
enjoyed by tapping their feet on the music. The day was ended with zeal and enthusiasm.

Giving wings to the imagination of our budding artists, an Inter class display board
decoration competition was organized in two groups Jr. & Sr. The teamwork in students
creating the art was wonderful to witness. Each board was inspiring in its own way. In
Junior Group Class VIII bagged First position. Second position was bagged by class VI &
Third position was bagged by class VII. In Sr. group class X stood First. Second position
was bagged by Class IX

To inculcate healthy food habits amongst the students, an Inter House Fruit Salad
Making Competition was conducted for the students of Grades III and IV. The students
displayed copious types of fruit salads. The main focus of the competition was not only
the preparation of salads but also their artistic presentation.

Inter Class Vegetable Printing Activity was conducted for Class I & II students on 20 April
2022, to bring out hidden creativity of the children.

Green Day was celebrated with great zeal and enthusiasm in Kindergarten on 21st April,
2022. Students were taught the identification and recognition of green fruits,
vegetables, leaves and trees. Green Day was a practical learning experience for the
children and was very enjoyable.

To increase the physical stamina of students, the outdoor physical activities were
conducted for the students. The soaring temperature of the summer failed to dampen
the excitement of children and teachers.

Mask Making Competition was conducted on 30 April 2022 where in beautiful masks
were made by the students. The aim of the competition was to help elevate of Covid
masks to something more artistic, more symbolic and more culturally expressive.

An Inter Class Essay Writing Competition was conducted for classes V to VIII on topic
Importance of Trees & Wonder of Science.

Students Council Election 2022-23 was held at school .Students participated in the voting
process with great enthusiasm. It was a wonderful experience for all the students.

An Inter House Mother's day Activities conducted on 7th May, 2022 .Students of classes
I to XII, showed obligation towards the mothers for their unconditional love and sacrifices
Students participated series of activities enthusiastically and showcased their talent by
making necklaces, bracelets, cards, paper bouquets etc. .

Students of De Montfort Academy excelled in 5th O.P. Gupta Memorial Inter School
Roller Skating Competition .Vishal Dhama and Tanshiq Rawat bagged Gold and Silver
medals, respectively.

Our safety on the road can only be ensured when we will abide by the traffic rules. In
order for students to be responsible road users, they were educated on the subject of
road safety. De Montfort Academy conducted a road safety quiz to create awareness
about methods to avoid accidents and introduce the importance of safety on the roads.

Reading activity for class IX. In this event young minds proved their talent in
pronunciation, clarity, fluency and exhibited their confidence.

Parents-Teachers Meeting to reveal the marks of U.T-1 and to discuss the progress
report of the students has been conducted today at De Montfort Academy

World Environment Day was celebrated grandly in De Montfort Academy.

On account of Environment Day various activities were conducted for grade I to VIII.
