7 DAYS DEMAND NOTICE AND NOTICE TO INSTITUTE LEGAL PROCEEDINGS

IN RESPECT OF BREACH OF CONTRACT, DEMANDING SUMS OF 10 MILLION
We make reference to the above captioned subject matter and further wish to inform
you that we are legal counsels engaged in the services of KATEREGA hereinafter referred to
as “our client”, who has instructed us to address you as follows: -
THAT, you entered in contract with our client of being sold with classical designed
clothes of sums of 10 million, and was our client who supposed to Sale the said clothes to you
as buyer and classical designed clothes was effectively delivered to you as you was expected.

We would like to inform you that it was an implied term of the contract for sales of good in
exchange with money and you had liability to pay the said amount of sums, unfortunately you
default to pay our client.
HEREBY, we are demanding from you sincerely, that you are required to pay the said
amount of sums of ten million (10 million) to our client as impliedly agreed with him in
transaction between you and our client.
Kindly note that the said payments should be made directly to the undersigned Attorneys either
by cheque in the name of our client’s account or cash.
TAKE NOTICE THAT, you are supposed to pay our client said amount of sums
within 7 days upon service of this latter, failure to do so our client will have course of action
against you and he will take further legal procedure to enforce your liability to his right.
It is our sincere expectation that you will abide to this demand notice by paying our
client the same immediately as directed so that you will not force us to seek strong legal action
against you without regard as to costs and other incidentals.
