Codigo:93240 Level 4 I have experienced a form of stress which was due to my job, so i had to do many things between those different reports on the computer and i didn't organize my times well, so i ended up mixing things or doing them all at the same time, this increased my work under pressure which led me to suffer various symptoms of stress between those headaches and fainting muscular pain, chest pain, i felt something overwhelmed and pressed because of that i think that if i had organized my activities and my time in a better way, i would not suffer from stress and would have been much more productive with my activities. as people recommended they should focus on themselves, take active breaks, get enough sleep, do relaxation activities organize time, get enough sleep, meditate and know how to control their emotions more to achieve greater productivity in my job, i improve the quality of life, improvements in my physical and mental health and positive changes in daily life
