CONCLUSION

3.1 Conclusion
The current era of digitalization has also had an impact on competition in the business world which
is becoming increasingly stringent. Responding to the growth of competition, every company is required to
develop its strategy. Therefore, it is necessary to know about Key Performance Indicator (KPI) and Objective
and Key Results (OKR) as well as Change Management and problem-solving principles "MECE" as input for
the company in developing strategies to make changes for the better.
a. KPI is a key indicator that is truly able to present the overall performance of the organization. KPI can
help keep the main goals of a business always prioritized.
b. OKR is a method for setting clear priorities and isolating what is really important. The OKR method can
be used at all levels of business, be it large companies or startups. OKR applies and can be implemented
at all levels, both the strategic level and the staff level.
c. The difference between KPI and OKR in Some companies often implement KPIs as a means for salary
increases and bonuses (financial rewards), while OKR is widely used as a promotion tool (non-financial
rewards).
d.  Change management is company management that is carried out as a pattern in dealing with various
changes that occur in today's business world. MECE is a basic principle in solving a problem by using the
"categorization" of the main problem into other categorization components and must fulfill two
conditions, namely Mutually Exclusive and Collectively Exhaustive. MECE is useful for breaking down
difficult problems into small problems so that they can be easily understood, helping the team work in
terms of knowing the division of tasks and priorities taken, and reminding us to include all the
components in something.
