3.1 Product Type
The specific Product Type shall be recorded.
3.2 Specification number
The specification number that is applied to the products shall be recorded.
3.3 Serial Number
The serial number of the each product shall be recorded in the test report.
3.4 Optical data
Optical data of the each product measured according to 2.4 shall be recorded.
3.5 Product length
The length of one product per lot shall be recorded in the test report.
