5. To remove the transparent cover form the DB using hand tools Physical Injury Make sure the work to be done by experience person
Make sure to remove the cover slowly

6. To measure and cut the cable using cable cutter Hand injury Make sure to wear hand glove while handling with sharp edges

7. To do termination at the related MCCB / RCCB Electrocution To ensure all the cable insulation in good condition
SSB – 208 - 1 Make sure the termination work to be perform by competent
person
Make sure the breaker in switch OFF mode
Make sure all the calibrated equipments in good condition
Make sure to do merger test on the related breaker before start
the termination work
Make sure to wear proper insulated rubber glove while
handling electrical hazardous activities
Make sure competent first aider to be present at side while
work in progress
To apply LOTO device after the termination task
Make sure one person need to standby with body hook while
the termination work
To temporary barricade the walk way and divert it if the DB
very close to the walk way
Make sure to use non conductive rubber made while
termination work

8. To install back the transparent cover using hand tools ITP / Trip Hazard Make sure slowly tighten the cover

9. To do labeling on the new breaker ITP Make sure to do correct labeling and follow Intel IMCS

10. To do housekeeping on the work area after job completion. Slip and Trip To clear off the debris from the working area using a vacuum
cleaner.
To use HEPA vacuum cleaner vacuum the debris and the
accumulated dust.

11. To mobilize in the work tools, materials and equipments to Temporary Physical Injury To ensure proper mobilization with spotters controlling the
storage area from the work area. traffic flow in that mobilizing area.
To comply the safety helmet, safety boots and safety glass
usage while mobilizing the tools and materials.
