Purpose of the meeting:

Bringing everyone together, increasing work motivation and discussing future action plans.

Agendas:
 Build a rapport with all REC Youth Coordinators
 Discuss the role of Youth Coordinators in achieving the goals of RCE
 Talk about the initiatives taken by the RCE/Youth Coordinators
 Discuss the future work plans of the Youth Coordinators

Key decisions:
 Greetings were exchanged with the youth coordinators and their current situation and
activities were discussed
 Discussed bringing all youth coordinators on one platform to stay connected, share ideas,
and inspire others by showcasing their activities.
 The role of youth coordinators and activities undertaken by them in implementing the
objectives of RCE and youth development are discussed.
 Active participation of youth in various activities and various aspects of playing an
effective role in sustainable development were discussed
 The future action plan and various ways of its implementation are discussed
Action items:
 A WhatsApp group has been created and Youth Coordinators of the different regions

 Asia-Pacific Youth Coordinator regional meetings will be organized every three months
to discuss their current activities, progress, and future plans.
 Organize at least one program/event every three months and inspire others by publicizing
their activities through social media, communicating groups, websites, and RCE
bulletins.
 Actively work for the development of own region and inspire others by sharing the
success story
 Conducting activities on social media, websites, and other electronic media and keeping
up-to-date all the time.
 In addition to own development, to fully cooperate in the development of neighbor RCEs
and develop cooperative relations with everyone
 Inviting other RCE members to promote themselves and inspire others to any RCE
program/event
