Statement of Purpose

The purpose of my business is to offer a clothing and other


accessory, spare and replacement parts, tools, and a variety of services.
My business services may include expert fitting and custom bike building or
ordering maintenance and repairs from experienced bicycle mechanics and
organized group rides and classes. I also believed that I can improve
peoples lives through bicycles. My shop will give a good service for our
customers so that they can visit and they will bring their bicycle to get
repair, and also my business has a free wifi so that our customer can enjoy
their time while their bike gets fixed. We will fix their bikes, rebuild their
bikes just to make them impressed with our services, that they can
comeback and buy a bike part.

A. Description of Business

The business that I choose is Bicycle shop, Bicycle called Bike,


because it is two wheelied stainable machine, pedalled by the feet of
its user. This business is located at Purok 2, Barangay Ditale,
Dipaculao, Aurora. It is also located along the highway of our
barangay. The Business named HIRO’S BIKSHOP, this shop
provides good services to those who in need our services to repair
their bikes. In my Bike Shop, you can also buy any kinds of spare
parts of Bicycle, like wheels, pedals, helmets, and etc. By giving our
services, we can also have free wifi for customer so that they will not
get bored while they are waiting their bikes get repaired. In my
business, all services are expert mechanics and they can make Bike
by parts, not only that, my business is also filled with enjoyable
activities, while waiting they can play and watch movies at the same
time. My business also has freebies when they buy my products 5
times in a day and when they buy products, we can automatically will
attached to their bicycles and when they visit my shop with broke
bikes, we can easily fix it by our mechanics and branded and high-
quality products.
B. Marketing

In order to stand out from the competition, not only should your
Bike shop provide high-quality services as well as products. But it
also relies on meticulously planned marketing strategies that will
eventually allow my bike shop to flourish well organized. I also have
another way, it is to connect via social media, it is the way to find out
customer in facebook, online page on Instagram, posting a photo to
attract people who have a bike who the services are enjoyable and
fun. Many people who have bikes or willing to buy a bike if they see
the post on my social media platforms. By expert mechanics and
good services, it can make the customer rate increased and by doing
good services many people will attract and visit your shop. More
repairing techniques, more expert mechanics, more bike to fix, more
fun because when people try to visit my shop it can be fun.
C. Competition

Spare parts of my bikeshop are branded and high-quality, even


though expensive but durable, because of my high-quality spare parts
people must choose my shop because I have a good service and that
good, if people chose me, I will give them stickers, by showing my
good services they will revisit my shop with their friends. My business
has an expert mechanics, it will be easy to get choose by people. My
business is also a friendly shop. It depends on people, if they choose
my shop just like I said I will give them freebies so that they will come
again and buy my materials, tools, or part of bicycle, even though
those are expensive, I’m sure that my part is high-quality, original and
long-lasting use. Many bikes shop on other places but they are not
responsible to their customers because other shops are selling
unbranded or imitation of bike parts. But in my shop, you can buy a
branded items you can choose what brand do you want, what item do
you need, because I have an item or parts that you need.
D. Operating Procedure
Before opening my Bike shop, I will tell my friends to invite
everyone for the opening of my bike shop. I will give freebies for
those first 20 person that will buy in the cost of 300 pesos. We will
give these freebies to remember our shop and to remember my good
services. On opening I will have a free for repairing to the people who
have a broken bike, so that every people will come to my shop. My
time in opening shop will be 7:00 am to 5:00 pm everyday but on
Sunday only me will go to my shop because my crew needs to break.
From there, my business will be visited by biker and their other
friends. And so, my shop is going to be more visited shop on our
place.
E. Personnel
As an owner of Bike shop, I am hiring my staff male and
female. The qualification for the position is atleast high school
graduate and for the position of repairing bicycle, atleast he will be
able to assemble a bike in a good condition. Good attitude and know
how to entertain the customers well. He must have an experience,
have a perseverance at work and he will able to go to the shop
everyday for the customers. And the salary for the qualified for the
position is 5,000 pesos monthly if the shop grows, the salary may
increase. When that happen, my staff will be increased and their
salary will be increased in total of 5,500 pesos and so that they can
buy whatever their family needs. But on my side, it maybe too much
but it depends on customers and it depends on how much they will
buy on my shop.

The purpose of this to my staff is girls will be selling my product


on my shop, while boys will be repairing bicycles.
