    MY FIRST DAY AT THE UNIVERSITY

    On my first day going to the university, I remember leaving my house at 4.30a.m so as not to catch
    traffic together with some neighbors from my neighborhood. When we arrived and waited until 7.am
    and got out of the car, we went to have a coffee in the booths that were in front of the s12 building, I
    also met my best friend and we met to wish each other a good luck in the first day. Then at 8a.m each
    one went to his class, since we were studying the PAP to be able to enter the engineering faculty. When
    I got to my class in room 408 I sat in the first row at the last desk, in front of my desk was a young
    woman named Paola, she asked me about how I did in my exams to enter the university, I told her about
    my process and I just had to pass the math exam, at that moment another young man named Rodrigo
    approached us and asked us what career we were going to enter the college, Paola was going to
    Chemistry and we were going to industrial, from that moment a great friendship was born. At around
    8.05a.m, the engineer Jair, someone I really appreciate, entered the room and introduced himself as the
    professor who would teach the mathematics course. When he finished giving his class, he asked if
    someone could take charge of the WhatsApp group since he did not have an assistant and it was difficult
    for him to do the technology, Paola and I without hesitation took charge of that group, and in the end
    we got to know the whole classroom over 100 people. From all this experience I have the joy of having
    helped the engineer Jair from that day until the end of the course, and also to see now that several of
    those colleagues are already on the way to realizing their dream of being engineers.
