To start a meeting, please select

the schedule you previously
created in Google Calendar.
To present to the screen:
1 Please join the meeting via google calendar from your computer

2 Mute the mic and speakers to avoid echo

3 Select “Present Now”

● If you already have meeting scheduled, choose Start Meeting
● To start a new meeting, choose New Meeting

To present to the screen :

3. Select Present Screen.
