    To start the meeting :


    Please utilize the Touch Screen Control Panel
    ● If you already have meeting scheduled, choose Start Meeting
    ● To start a new meeting, choose New Meeting

    To present to the screen :


    1. Please join the meeting via calendar from your computer.
    2. Mute your mic and speakers to avoid echo.
    3. Select Present Screen.
