A 99339228 drawn on Meezan Bank Ltd. Clifton Karachi, from Mr. Azher Ali S/O Faizullah
Salehbhoy adult holding C.N.I.C No. 4230166271401 Resident of. C7 Bed Rock Apartments
Frere Town Clifton Karachi, as AN ADVANCE TOKEN MONEY of the total sale price, towards
the sale of RESIDENTIAL APARTMENT PREMISES BEARING Survey No. 24, Plot No.
F.T.2/24 LOCATED ON 3rd FLOOR, Flat # 21 in the project known as Riaz Kanda wala
Building #2, situated at Frere Town Karachi, from the total agreed sale consideration of Rs.
36,700,000/- (Rupees. Thirty-Six Million Seven Hundred Thousand Only) that the
remaining balance amount of (Rs. 36,700,000/- only) will be paid by the Vendee to the
Vendor in the following manner: -
a) Rs. 3,470,000/- (Rupees Three Million Forty-seven Thousand only) will be paid by
the Vendee to the Vendor, AT THE TIME OF SIGNING OF PART PAYMENT OF SALE
AGREEMENT, on or before 12 day of October 2022.

b) Rs. 33,030,000 (Rupees Thirty-three Million and thirty Thousand Only) be paid by the
Vendee to the Vendor on or before 25 Day of November 2022, at the time of execution
of proper TRANSFER DOCUMENTS in respect of the “SAID PROPERTY” in favor of the
Vendee or his/her nominee (s) before the concerned OFFICE, Karachi, as well as Hand
Over vacant peaceful physical possession of the “SAID PROPERTY”, along with all
ORIGINAL relevant documents of the “SAID PROPERTY”, to the Vendee. The Vendor
hereby undertaking to pay and clear all dues, rates, suit, taxes including property tax,
Water & Conservancy charges, the Excise and Taxation, cantonment Board, Bills of
K.E.S.C, Sui Gas, Telephone (if any) and Maintenance charges of Apartment
Society/Association and get mutated in the records of M.E.O Cantonment Board and
all Concerned departments, in respect of “SAID PROPERTY”.

c) THAT the Vendee is entitled to invite objection to the proposed sale/transfer of the
“SAID PROPERTY” through PUBLIC NOTICE in any newspaper (s) and objections if
any shall be removed by the Vendor his/her own cost and expenses.
