Mind to Matter

Meditation #3

Orienting Self to the Goodness of the Universe

Feel the breath flowing naturally in and out of your body. Feel the natural pace of your body’s own
rhythm reflected in your breath.

And as you feel yourself breathing naturally, in and out, imagine your breath flowing in and out through
your heart, through the area in your chest of your physical heart.

And as your breath flows naturally in and out place your hands over your heart. And as you breathe in
and out through your heart, tap lightly with your fingertips on your skin using the hand closest to your
chest. Tap lightly with your fingertips.

And with the other hand, tap lightly on the area between your eyebrows. Feeling your breath going
effortlessly in and out through your heart.

Fingertips of one hand tapping between your eyebrows; fingertips of the other hand tapping your heart.

Affirm these words with me: “I effortlessly release any and every obstacle to my inner peace. I now
embrace inner peace and I release anything and everything that stands between me and inner peace.”

Stop tapping. Relax your hands. Feel your breath going effortlessly in and out through your heart. And
slow your breathing down to six seconds per inbreath and six seconds per outbreath. Breathing in six
seconds through your heart; breathing out six seconds through your heart.

Relax your tongue and let it fall to the floor of your mouth. Picture a big, empty space behind your eyes.
Notice how relaxed your tongue is on the floor of your mouth. Feel your breath flowing in and out
through your heart. Six second in breaths and six second out breaths. Tongue relaxed on the floor of
your mouth; big empty space behind your eyes.

Feel your breath flowing easily in and out through your heart. Six second inbreaths, six second
outbreaths. Notice how relaxed your tongue is on the floor of your mouth. Notice the big, empty space
behind your eyes.

And as you breathe, and as you notice how relaxed you are, affirm these words: “I deserve to feel good.
I deserve to feel happy. I deserve to be prosperous and healthy. I deserve everything good.”

And notice how relaxed your tongue is on the floor of your mouth. Notice the big, empty space behind
your eyes. Notice your breath flowing in and out through your heart. Six second in breaths, six second
out breaths.

And now affirm these words. ”I deserve to feel good. I deserve to feel wonderful. I deserve to feel
happy. I deserve to feel joy. I now choose to align my awareness with all the positivity, goodness, and
joy that resonates throughout the universe. I know there is an energy field of positivity, goodness, and
joy in the universe. And I now align my awareness with that universal energy field. I deserve to feel
good. I deserve to feel happy and prosperous.”

“And as I align myself with feeling good I align myself with the energy field of feeling good throughout
the universe. I am one with the energy field of happiness and positivity. My mind, heart, body, and
environment are all one with the universal field of happiness and goodness. I am one with that field.
And as I choose to align my awareness with happiness and goodness I am one with those qualities
wherever they are in the entire universe. I now align the happiness and goodness in me with the
happiness and goodness in the universe. I feel the happiness and goodness of the universe flowing
through my heart, my mind, and my body. I am now one with that universal energy field.”

Now take your hands and tap lightly on your heart. With the other hand tap lightly between your
eyebrows. And affirm with me, “I am one with the universal field of happiness and goodness. And I now
anchor these qualities in my own heart, mind, and body in this moment and in every moment. I am one
with the universal field of happiness and goodness. I deserve to feel good. I deserve to feel happy. And I
now anchor these qualities in my heart, in my mind, in my body, and my environment.”

Relax your hands. Stop tapping. And feel the breath flowing effortlessly in and out of your heart.

And with the next three breaths prepare to bring your attention back to your environment. Feel your
hands, feel your feet. And with the third breath open your eyes, look around you, and notice any object
around you that is green. Notice the greens around you.

And as you prepare to enter your day know that you do deserve to feel good, you do deserve to feel
happy, that you are one with the universe and all is well. Thank you.
