Mind to Matter

Meditation #2

Choosing Positive Energy

Feel the breath flowing naturally in and out of your body. Feel the natural pace of your body’s own
rhythm reflected in your breath.

And as you feel yourself breathing naturally, in and out, imagine your breath flowing in and out through
your heart, through the area in your chest of your physical heart.

And as your breath flows naturally in and out place your hands over your heart. And as you breathe in
and out through your heart, tap lightly with your fingertips on your skin using the hand closest to your
chest. Tap lightly with your fingertips.

And with the other hand, tap lightly on the area between your eyebrows. Feeling your breath going
effortlessly in and out through your heart.

Fingertips of one hand tapping between your eyebrows; fingertips of the other hand tapping your heart.

Affirm these words with me: “I effortlessly release any and every obstacle to my inner peace. I now
embrace inner peace and I release anything and everything that stands between me and inner peace.”

Stop tapping. Relax your hands. Feel your breath going effortlessly in and out through your heart. And
slow your breathing down to six seconds per inbreath and six seconds per outbreath. Breathing in six
seconds through your heart; breathing out six seconds through your heart.

Relax your tongue and let it fall to the floor of your mouth. Picture a big, empty space behind your eyes.
Notice how relaxed your tongue is on the floor of your mouth. Feel your breath flowing in and out
through your heart. Six second in breaths and six second out breaths. Tongue relaxed on the floor of
your mouth; big empty space behind your eyes.

Feel your breath flowing easily in and out through your heart. Six second inbreaths, six second
outbreaths. Notice how relaxed your tongue is on the floor of your mouth. Notice the big, empty space
behind your eyes.

And as you breathe, and as you notice how relaxed you are affirm these words: “I am a being of energy.
Energy surrounds my body. Energy surrounds my cells. Energy surrounds my being.”

“I am a being of energy. In this moment I choose positive energy. In this moment I choose the energy of
wisdom. In this moment I choose the energy of health. In this moment I choose the energy of strength.
In this moment I choose the energy of beauty. In this moment I choose the energy of kindness. In this
moment I choose the energy of joy. In this moment I choose to fill my energy field with positivity, with
strength, with wisdom, with health, with beauty, with kindness, with joy. I now choose to fill my energy
field with every positive characteristic. I am an energy being. And as I fill my energy field with positivity,
with strength, with wisdom, with health, with beauty, with kindness, with joy, as I fill my energy field
with all these things all of the matter that takes shape and the molecules and atoms of the cells of my
body is infused with these qualities. My life experience is infused with these qualities. My body and
mind are infused with these qualities, with the positive qualities of strength, wisdom, health, beauty,
kindness, and joy. And I affirm that as I embrace this positive energy everything in my energy field,
everything in my world, everything in my body, everything in my experience, is infused with this energy.
And this energy shapes the material world all around me. I affirm now I am a being of energy and that as
I embrace this positive energy it infuses the material world around me.”

Now take your fingertips and tap between your eyebrows, tap on your heart. And affirm with me, “I
anchor positive energy in my mind, my heart, my body, and my experience. I anchor positive energy in
my past, my present, and my future. I affirm myself as a being of positive energy. And as I choose this
energy I create a material world that reflects this energy.”

Take a breath, stop tapping. Relax your hands. And with the next three breaths prepare to return your
attention back to the world around you.

Feel your hands, feel your feet. Feel the breath flowing in and out through your heart. And with the third
breath open your eyes and return your attention to the world around you. Notice the shapes around
you. Notice any square or rectangular objects in your field of vision.

Notice how good your body feels. And know now and always that as you choose to fill your field with
positive energy that it influences and informs the entire material world around you. Thank you.
