This study entitled “Perception on Blended Learning of Grade 12 Science,

Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) Students of Alangilan Senior

High School” generally aimed to determine the perception of grade 12 STEM

students towards blended learning. This study also discussed the relationship of

the factors that affect the perception of the learners in blended learning.

This study intended to determine the perception of the Grade 12 STEM

learners. It sought to answer the following: (1.) What are the profile of the

respondents in terms of: a.) Sex b.) Family Monthly Income c.) Academic

Performance (2.) What are the perceptions of the respondents in blended

learning in terms of: a.) Schedule b.) Time Allotment per Subject c.) Activities per

Discipline (3.) Is there a significant difference in the perception of the

respondents on blended learning when grouped according to their profile (4.)

What plan of action may be recommended to improve the academic performance

of the respondents in blended learning based on the results of the study?

The researchers used the descriptive research method in gathering the

needed information. This type of research answers the questions and describes

the nature of phenomenon which is create by gathering, analyzing, and

presenting collected data.

The researchers used the stratified random sampling method is used. This

technique is an order to choose respondents equally for the study. With a 5%

margin of error, 131 respondents were selected from the respondents from the

STEM Strand.

The major purpose of this entitled “Perception on Blended Learning of

Grade 12 Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) Students

of Alangilan Senior High School” is to identify the perception of the grade 12

STEM learners and to determine the relationship of the factors affecting their

academic performance.
