promotion, get a US or Canada phone number from https://www.textnow.com/ and use
that to sign up for Sweatcoin.

Step #1

Let's get to the meat of it. Once you have the Sweatcoin app, you will see a circle
with the Sweatcoin logo on it on the bottom right of the app. Click on that, and
then click on "refer friends." You will have a link/code. It should look something
like this (https://sweatco.in/hi/(name)######). Once you have that link, memorize

Step #2

Go to a place where you can incentivize people to get the app. Say something on the

With this new phone number you got, go to your emulated Google Chrome and go to the
link of your referral code and download Sweatcoin.

Step #6

Repeat Step #5 as many times as you would like, deleting sweatcoin, going through

you use on the signup on Sweatcoin, use a temporary mail service such as
