Childhood, the most beautiful time of one's life

Childhood, as some say, is the most beautiful time of one's life. You needn't worry about
anything besides what or who you are going to play with next. What can be more relieving and
exciting than that? However, some believe the contrary.

On one hand, childhood is the part of life when you are the happiest and you take joy in every
little thing and when almost nothing can bother you. For example, when I was little, I used to
carry a toy rabbit around everywhere I went. If I had that with me, nothing could go wrong. In
addition, you can make countless friends as easily as saying ”Hi!”. Not to mention the fact that
you could play all day long because you didn't have homework to do.

On the other hand, childhood can bring with it sad and painful memories for the ones whose
parents were not present in their life or for the ones that experienced traumatic events. For
example, a person will not think fondly of their childhood if a parent or a close relative died then
or if their parents abandoned them. Furthermore, they can live on with frustration or unhealed
trauma which can be a very unhealthy thing that leads them to hating the period of time in which
they grew up.

Taking everything into account, for the majority of the population, childhood is the most beautiful
time of their lives but for many still it is a burden they carry with them throughout their life.
