Greetings!
In pursuance to the City of Valenzuela Anti-Drug Abuse office Memo on June 1, 2022, we the
Yeshua Change Agent, a CSO/NGO Valenzuela City accredited, a DDB-PETID trained will
assist your Tri-dimensional Preventive Education of OPLAN: EDSA ILAW thru “new Life
campaign” and help you implement the program of the government on advocacy on demand
reduction for all sectors under your constituents.
In this regard, we are asking your continuation, compliance and sustainability with the mandate,
and assistance to the Malinta Barangay Anti-Drug Abuse Council resolution to adopt and
implement this program thru the launching of DDB Res 148 OPLAN: EDSA ILAW “New Life
Campaign”, tri-dimensional preventive education on demand reduction.
In this regard we would like to ask your good office for a courtesy meeting to further discuss on
this matter, we wanted also to personally express our gratitude your full support on our
Intervention efforts thru SIPAG program. We understand that you have hectic schedule, please
