Evaluation of PepsiCo’s Human & Talent Sustainability Strategies

PepsiCo is a multinational food and beverage corporation headquartered in the United States. It
operates in over 200 countries and has a portfolio of globally recognised brands. In 2010, PepsiCo.
Launched its "Performance with Purpose" strategy, which aims to drive sustainable long-term growth
by aligning the company's business goals with societal and environmental goals. As part of this
strategy, PepsiCo has focused on Human Sustainability and Talent Sustainability. The following
report evaluates these strategies and recommends execution steps to achieve a turnover of $ 30 billion
from $13 billion in 10 years.

Some Initiatives under the Program


1. Sustainable Agriculture: PepsiCo India has implemented its Sustainable Agriculture program
in over 5,000 villages across India, benefiting over 24,000 farmers. Through this program, the
company has provided training and support to farmers to promote sustainable farming

Sustainability strategy. The following execution steps can be taken:
