REF: OFFER OF ATTACHMENT AS INDUSTRIAL TRAINEE

We, Celestica Malaysia Sdn Bhd “the Company”, are pleased to offer you placement
as Student Intern DL – Production Department with effect from 15th August 2022 until
27th January 2023 under the following terms and conditions:

1.0 Hours of Work

Your working hours shall be such hours as the Company may from time to time
deem appropriate and as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of the
Company

2.0 Allowance

You will be paid an allowance of RM 1500.00 per month, payable monthly in

arrears (or such other amounts as may from time to time be agreed in writing).

3.0 Code of Conduct

It is a condition of this offer and your acceptance that in terms of your business
activities and personal endeavours, your conduct will be in accordance with
Celestica’s Business Conduct Guidelines. A copy of Celestica Business Conduct
Guidelines is enclosed together with a statement that you have read and agree to
abide by the Code of Conduct upon employment, this need to be signed and
returned to us.

4.0 Confidentiality and Intellectual Property Obligations

Whilst under the company’s employment, you shall not disclose, divulge, impart
Or reveal to any person or company the trade secrets or confidential info
pertaining to the operations, process, dealing or any activities concerning the
organization. These will include the business, finance, transactions or affairs of
the company or any of its related companies that may have come to your
knowledge during the course of your employment hereunder.

You shall not use or attempt to use any such information in any manner that may

 cause loss either directly or indirectly to the company or its business. This
restriction shall continue to apply after termination of your employment.

A copy of Celestica’s Agreement Regarding Confidential Information and

Intellectual Property is enclosed together with this Letter of Appointment. You
are required to read, agree, sign and return it to the company.

5.0 Company Regulations

During your employment with the company, you shall observe and comply with
all of the rules, regulations and/or directives of the company as may from time to
time be made and given. The company shall have the right to alter and amend
the rules and regulations of the company from time to time.

6.0 Severability
Each clause herein shall be deemed independent and the invalidity or
unenforceability of any such clause shall not affect the validity or enforceability of
and other clause of this agreement.

Please signify acceptance of this offer by signing the duplicate copy of this letter
and return it to us soonest possible.
