Dear Sirs,

Re: Visit Visa Application

I, Saiful Islam (DOB: 16/10/1959), S/o Late Rois Ali, Permanent Address: Bethsandi, Ghuran,
Bishwanath, Bethsundi Bazar, Sylhet, am a Bangladeshi citizen and settled in Bangladesh. I am
providing this letter to assist the Entry Clearance Officer in explain my personal circumstances
in Bangladesh.

I would like to have a short trip to the to visit my uncle and his family in the UK. I would like to
provide the information below to give a clear picture of my family, financial and social
circumstances in Bangladesh. I confirm the contents of this letter are true to the best of my
knowledge.
My parents are not alive. We are five brothers and one sister. My brothers and sisters are well
settled in Bangladesh. I have provided their NID copies for your convenience.
I am married with Taniya Begum. We have two children. My daughter Asrifa Jannat
Minha(17/10/2021) is 2 years old and son Tasrif Hasan Fahmid (12/01/2023) is 2 months old. I
am living with my family and siblings in my own parental house.

We have huge land property in my father’s name. Some of these are cultivable land and some
of these are homestead land. We produce paddy, vegetables, pulses in our cultivable land. We
usually maintain food requirements of our family from the produced crops.

I am maintaining my business named Saif Travel International since long. I have permission
from Ministry of civil Aviation and Tourism to run the business. I also have approval from ATAB.
The relevant documents are enclosed. My monthly income from the said business is BDT
1,00,000/ to 1,20,000/. We are living in our own house and we maintain our food cost from our
own resource we do not need cash money for our maintenance and accommodation. As my
children are minor I do not need to spend separately for them. So, my monthly expenditure is
BDT 15000 for other cost such as clothes, medicines etc. I usually maintain my regular
expenditure from my regular business earning. So I do not maintain my saving accounts only for
savings. I use the account for my business purposes also albeit I have current account for
business transaction.

I have 3 accounts in City Bank Ltd. I have BDT 1,82,757/ in my current a/c, BDT 4,19,707/ in my
saving a/c and BDT 4,50,000 in my Fixed Deposit a/c. So, I have total of amount BDT 10,52,464
as savings. As I am the sole owner of the business I can use the amount of my current and
saving accounts whenever I need. I intend to spend GBP 800 for the proposed trip.

My uncle Rafik Miah will support my trip. He already has arranged accommodation for me and
will provide my food during my stay in the UK. So, I will need GBP 800 for my ticket cost and
pocket money during my stay in the UK. As my sponsor has taken the responsibility of my
maintenance and accommodation I believe GBP 800 is enough for the trip.

Lastly, I wish to confirm that, I will return at the end of my visit. I am an established
businessman living a respectable life in Bangladesh with my wife, children, and siblings. My
bank statements show my business turnover, and the turnover shows how well I am
maintaining the business.
I am financially sound and solvent in Bangladesh. I also have responsibilities towards my wife
and children. I am leaving my siblings in Bangladesh . It should be noted that, my all siblings
are well settled in Bangladesh. No one of my siblings are in the UK or abroad.
I hope this letter has provided you with an overview of my personal, family and financial
circumstances in Bangladesh.
I hope the entry clearance officer will consider this application sympathetically and come to an
informed decision.
However, if you need any further information from me, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Yours Faithfully

Saiful Islam
