Midterm Requirement
Despite imposing the longest, strictest lockdown in Southeast Asia, the Philippines now has the
worst COVID-19 outbreak in Southeast Asia. Since March 2020, when the country was placed on lockdown,
what has the government done and what can the government do to ease the effect of the pandemic? The
figure below shows the data of coronavirus cases as of September 22, 2020.
