Black history is significant;it's important that you understand the amazing things our ancestors

accomplished so we can have a better future. Black history month is particularly meaningful
because it celebrates our culture, race, and pride in being born with a different color than our
neighbors. Although black people have done a lot for the world, they aren’t appreciated for their
many contributions. Many of these contributions include the toilet, dryer and chip Lays however,
people are grateful for Lays only. Black people have endured a lot and have been pushed aside
because of their color. They still seek to improve their lives today. Chess was created by the
black race as well as other games. They also invented sailing and a rudder thanks to their
intelligence. In order to see people of value in the hearts of people like you and me, we need to
change how we see others. Colored people have many contributions and goals.
