Ethics Has a Prominent Importance in My Life

Apart from educating others of what is right and wrong, possessing morals as
well as ethical principles allows one to treat others with integrity and respect, resulting in
a much more peaceful environment. Thus, there will be less difficult situations in our life,
and we can attract more people.

Ethics leads us to a life worth-living as it dictates us what we should do – usually

in terms of rights, obligations, societal advantages, justice, or special qualities. Since I
was born, there have been ethical standards and principles that served as my guide.
The way how I act, the way how I think, and the way how I perceive about certain things
depend on my personal beliefs, but not limited to demeaning what’s right and wrong –
which I am grateful enough that I am able to distinguish which is which. It is great that
we think and care of what other people might say to us but what’s never right is that we
allow their reactions to dictate and decide what is best for us and what’s not. The world
will not become a better place if everyone does exactly the same thing. This is
impossible, in my opinion, because there would be no standards if everyone was on the
same level. The mistakes we have made in the past have always left us with a lesson.
We may learn from other people's mistakes and train ourselves not to repeat them.
Everyone is different, and we all require different goals – including ethical goals – but
they should all be held to the same standard, which is to always do what is right.

Whatever our circumstances or situations might be, I personally believe that

acquiring high morals should be the most essential gain we can get throughout the
course of our lifetime.
