Study Plan

My name is Ifthekhairul Islam, and I am a former student of Nanjing University of

Science and Technology with major Software Engineering. I graduated at the end of
June. I seek admission in your university and I am looking forward to my Master’s
study there. After I finish my Master’s study, I will come back to Bangladesh and
implement what I will have studied here.

Educational Background

I would like to present my past performance as my credentials for success in future

endeavors. My academic performance was good, and this acted as a booster, making
me look at the future with confidence and excitement. My schooling provided me
with the much-needed knowledge for a scientific approach to life. I scored good
marks in the Secondary School Certificate examination. This result filled me with
more confidence and left me with a predilection for academics. During my
intermediate time period, I did more hard work and passed the Higher Secondary
Certificate examination with a nice result. I entered China, Huayin Institute of
Technology, and majored in Software Engineering. The four-year-long study laid a
solid foundation in engineering for me.

Why did I choose to study in China?

The reason why I preferred China over other countries is that China is a land of
diverse cultures and it is the most popular destination for international students,
especially Bangladeshi students. The quality of scientific research, innovative
teaching styles, services and support for international students, a multicultural
community, and unique travel choices within the country are a few of the many
reasons to consider China for my higher education. With staying in China, reading the
books, watching the news, analyzing and observing the Chinese people, I am really
impressed by the way these individuals have proved themselves to be dedicated to
their work, and with their true efforts, they have set China as a successful example for
other third-world or developed countries. The fast-growing economy, technological
advancement, and the globally renowned educational institutes in China with a high
reputation make a great aspiration for students and are perfect for better career
perspectives. Thus, this kind of positivity has boosted my confidence, and I am highly
satisfied with the decision I have taken. As China is the most secure place for any
person who wants to complete research and be a specialist in a related field, I hope
this country will support me in my master’s program and my bright future.

Plan of Study in Detail

I would like to pursue my master’s degree in Transportation Engineering from

Huaiyin Institute of Technology. The normal length of a program is 3 years.
Throughout these 3 years, my research will focus on the transportation field. The time
arrangement is as follows: During my studies, first, I will complete my study courses
provided by the department. After that, I will join a research group and complete my
thesis work. Then I will focus on my degree defense.

Career Objectives

I would like to apply for the Master’s Degree in Transportation Engineering at

Huaiyin Institute of Technology because of my interest.

My motto is to work on an international project related to transportation and prove my

abilities and skills in theoretical and practical work. During my studies, with great
hidden abilities in myself, I will try to come up with the best of everything; to
accompany my professors and university colleagues in carrying out research related to
my field. After completion of my master’s studies, I hope to be able to take part in
enhancing my country’s research technology related to this field. I hope this master's
program will provide me with the chance to get to know more about research in this
field, and I can gain more experience in dealing with different people, systems, and
demands, which will be of great help in my future career.
