to its customers, because we buy our products from direct suppliers through bundles for

We present a wide range of women’s clothing that we buy at low price from
direct suppliers and direct importer, through bundle purchase in different colors, sizes,
design and styles in the brands of Shein and Zara, because their products are most up
to date fashion trends and preferred today by all women or anyone who wants to dress
ladies.

Penetration pricing will be pricing strategy for our business, just like our
business new and in the high human entertainment of Dipolog City, where there is a lot
of competition, but must be different from those of the competition, because we try to
give good quality at low prices to penetrate the market and try to achieve higher sales

CHAPTER III
PRODUCTION PLAN
Market Analysis
The first process of our boutique store is in the new building located near
Sunset Boulevard, Dipolog City where the Fitness Center was also previously located.
First and foremost is the arrangement, organizing and beautification inside and out, to
attract people walking and roaming the most popular human pastime in the entire
province of Zamboanga del Norte. The outside has the boutique’s name, logo and
tagline, and there are important signage such as close and open, exit and entrance. The
cost of beautification and renovation of the boutique store will amount to including the
improvement is P45,000.00
The second step, is to finish all the renovations in the boutique store. There
we will start buying the necessary equipment for the store, such as hangers, clothing
racks, mannequins, shelves, signage, furniture, pricing gun, packaging supplies, mirrors,

supplies,equipment and furniture and fixtures for the store will amount to P90,923.00

Operating Schedule
JASPEE’s Fashion Boutique will conduct business seven days a week from
10 a.m to 8 p.m Monday through Thursday, while Friday to Sunday at 10 a.m to 8 p.m.
During the holiday seasons and during special events, we will extend store hours. At
this point, the boutique store will take require approximately 2/3 of the buildings
available space. We will use the remaining space for stock and administrative purposes.
Our business will ensure that there are brand new with good quality items from Shein
and Zara brands. We will also have legit direct suppliers which is the largest wholesale
merchandise warehouse in the Philippines. Before the grand opening begins, we will
distribute, give away and posting flyers to let people know that there’s a new boutique

The best time to establish policies and procedures for your boutique store is in
the planning stages. By anticipating problems before you open your doors, you can
