Terms and Conditions

The product prices are linked with USD-PKR PARITY upto USD=PKR 218 and
impact of any depreciation in the local currency with respect to the USD will be charged separately to the customer
at the time of system deployment.
Price Quote is valid for 3 days .
Customer to provide clean roof for installation. If necessary customer will re-arrange any wiring on the
roof at customer expense.

Net Metering
Support will be provided to customer by Indus in procuring Net Metering.
Assistance will also be given to the customer to prepare the required documentation for Net-Metering.
The customer will be responsible for procuring of required approvals for net metering.
Indus not held any liability in case approval is not granted by NEPRA.

Price does not include:

Extra cable cost for length of cable beyond what is specified in Standard Scope of Work.
Interconnection between one distribution Box to another distribution box and switched works and costs;
Customized solutions
Meter name change,
Meter sanctioned load change and I&C required other than the above mentioned scope of
work shall be charged as per actual.
