Sub – Participation in Inter College Chess (Men/Women) Tournament 2019.

Sir,
I am to inform you that the inter college Chess(Men/Women) tournament of
Utkal University is going to be organized by Madhusudhan Law college, Cuttack from
27thSeptember 2019. Your college has given its consent to participate in the said
tournament. You are therefore requested to depute your college Chess team consisting
of minimum four players accompanied by an efficient manager for participation in the
said tournament. A team consisting of less than four players will not be allowed to
participate in the tournament. The fixture of the match will be drawn on the spot sharp
at10A.MatthevenueoftheTournament. Therefore, your team should reach before
9.00 A.M at the venue positively.
The manager have to submit the duly filled up eligibility proforma with the Adhar
No. of the Player along with 1) Identity Card, (Original and Xerox), 1 photograph and
original as well as one set of Xerox copy of the H.S.C.E and +2 certificates of the
participating players. All the Xeroxed documents including identity Cards should be
attested by the Principal. Any forged found in the documents shall be seriously viewed.
Further you are requested to confirm the participation of your college team in the
said tournament to the Sports Council, Utkal University as well as to the organizing

institution over telephone before 25 September 2019 positively falling which, it will be
difficult to provide proper accommodation to your team.

action.
