Conducted an alternative material study for a boiler lug part in accordance with ASME Section
IX.
Conducted a flexibility analysis of process piping using Caesar-II software.
Conducted Hot oil flexibility analysis of process piping @ 350C temperature using Ceasar-II
software.
Prepared tender documents including BQM datasheets and specifications.
Created a design for a basic crude oil storage tank with dimensions of 140ft in diameter and
48ft in height, including the layout.
Conducted a hot oil stress analysis of heater lines utilizing Caesar-II software.
Conducted cost estimation for a refinery plant.

Intelligent Design Methodology for Composite Material for Various Applications
My final year project involved the development of an intelligent material design methodology
for composite materials using machine learning and evolutionary optimization algorithms. The
goal was to provide end users with optimized configurations of glass and carbon fiber
reinforced composite laminates that met specific constraints of cost and mechanical
properties, while also saving time and resources by limiting the number of required
experimentations. To achieve this, We conducted a market survey to gather data on available
composite fabrics and generated a dataset using a commercial code. We then trained and
tested various machine learning algorithms to design the composite material and then used
optimization algorithms, resulting in an optimized laminate configuration. This optimized
composite was applied to a UAV wing
