WELCOME to the Manila Clock Tower Museum (MCTM), the newest landmark and tourism,

cultural and arts attraction in the City of Manila.

When completed and opened in mid-October, it will feature five levels of what is aptly called
Adaptive Reuse, that is, from simply a clock tower, it was repurposed and renovated to be a world
class hotspot.

MCTM is a first in museum galleries, when it features a variety of multi-sensory exhibits of the
historical event the Battle of Manila highlighted by the Wall of the Forgotten Heroes.

The MCTM was built through the initiative and vision of Hon. Francisco “Isko Moreno” Domagoso
and was continued by Mayor Maria Sheilah Honey Lacuna-Pangan. The showcases were designed
and curated by Ohm David and Elba Cruz. Lighting design by Meliton Roxas Jr.

MCTM also scores a first by featuring double exhibitions. At the grand opening in mid-October, the
exhibitions include visual olympian and monumentalist Maestro Joe Datuin and the Father of
Assertionism, the late Maestro Rene Robles. The exhibits also include international visual artists
Sherwin Paul Gonzales and Nante Carandang. Other award-winning artworks from Tawid Gallery
and furniture artist Agi Pagkatipunan are also displayed and offered in the museum.

The upper levels will contain the Mayors Hall, Library and Private Reading Room on Level 3.

The Multi-Purpose Hall, Restoration Room and the Resident Artist Studio and Workshop will be on
Level 4.

The clock mechanism and the 360 degrees overview of Manila will be on level 5.

A host of other major activities and events will be hosted at MCTM as a testimony to the
commitment of the City of Manila to tourism, culture and arts.

Again, we welcome you as guests and seek your cooperation to preserve and protect MCTM, with a
number of important reminders.
