    Less than 100 words, explain how your task can impact the operations of your company.

    Recently, I am working as a front liner in the banking area. My daily task is to serve customer
    while promoting bank's products. There are lots of competitors in the banking area. Our bank
    focus on its quality in services. Thus, I have to fulfill customer needs and satisfy them. If we
    cannot satisfy our customer's needs and expectation in the first place, it would affect the whole
    image of our bank and our profits might drop. All complaints from customers must be resolved
    as soon as possible so our bank can run business to gain profits.
