     Second Quarter Achievers of the Class

    PROCEEDINGS:
    1. The meeting officially started at exactly 9:10 in the morning by an opening prayer.
    2. Learners’ Attendance - It is very important that learners go to school every day
    and on time so that they won’t be left behind with the lessons but the teacher
    reiterated that; if the learners are having flu-like symptoms, or is sick don’t let
    them force to go to school. He also reminded the parents that they should
    encourage their children to come to school every day and gave updates on learners’
    attendance. He commended the learners who had perfect attendance for each
    month and praised the parents for their commitment.
    3. Schedule of Learners’ Time in and Dismissal – Parents were reminded that they
    should send the learners five minutes before the class and fetch them on time
    every day.
    4. Barangay Health Certificate – Parents are advised to submit Brgy. Health
    certificate whenever their child got sick and acquired contagious disease before
    going back to school.

    5. TALAS Updates – Parents were reminded to have follow up activities at home on
    learners after their tutorial at school.
    6. Regular School Feeding Program – Parents were glad about the program as it
    aims to provide augmentation support, reduce nutrient deficiency and improve the
    learner’s knowledge, attitude, and practices through intensified nutrition and
    health education.
    7. Clean Up Drive – Teacher discussed the current situation of the classroom and
    encouraged the parents to have clean up drive at the school premises specifically
    inside the classroom to maintain cleanliness, safety and orderliness for the welfare
    of every TESAnians.
    8. Galaw Pilipinas Updates – Teacher gave updates on learners’ participation on
    Galaw Pilipinas as it promotes physical fitness and a healthy lifestyle among them.
    9. SPTA/HPTA Activities - Teacher commended the parents for their continuous
    support in every school’s activities and encouraged the HPTA Officers to help
    during dismissal time of the learners.
    10.WINS Activities – Teacher discussed the importance of Wash In School (WINS)
    implementation as it promotes learner’s personal hygiene and school hygiene.
    11.The card was being distributed and the top achievers of the class was
    announced.
