1. Briefly discuss the different forms of Business.

1. Sole Proprietorship – a form of business that has only one owner, it is the
simplest form of business and run and easy to establish.

2. Partnership – is a business that has a two or more owner. It has a two types the
General Partnership wherein the owners equally share responsibility in their
business and the Limited Partnership wherein one has invested to the business
but not participating in day to day basis in running the business.

3. Corporation – usually a group of people or company that act as a single entity. It

still has its life even the ownership changes.

4. Cooperative – is formed by a group of people with a similar and common goal. It

is a non-profit organization for the benefits those who use its service.
