Job Description: -

Gather training needs and develop training calendar for each quarter.
Arrange internal and external trainings by working with the various
stakeholders.
Facilitate the trainings, conduct feedback surveys, and take actions for
improvement.
Engage with external vendors including Purchase Orders, seeking
relevant approvals and liaison with finance team to make payments
Facilitate monthly Webinars.
Drive certification and upskilling programs
Purchase and tracking of e-learning subscriptions.
Share the monthly L&D spend with finance.
