Enclosure:
1. District Coordinator
a. Serves as district focal person.
b. Provides technical support to school coordinators.
c. Consolidates the list of donors as reflected in the school's book of
donors/ sponsors.
d. Prepares and submits project proposals for district support packages
like reading prograrn, technolory support, direct assistance, training
and development, assistive leaming devicee for leaners with special
needs, infrastructure, physical facilities, furniture, and real estate,
learning support, health and nutrition, etc. to private entities who are
potential donors/partners.
e. Maintains a district book of donors/sponsors for data base purposes.
f. Consolidates reports of initiated activities relative to the program
2. School Coordinator
a. Serves as the school focal person
b. Prepares and submits project proposals for school support packages
like reading program, technologr support, direct assistance, training
and development, assistive learning devices for leaners with special
needs, infrastructure, physical facilities, furniture, and real estate,
learning support, health and nutrition, etc. to private entities who are
potential donors/ partners.
c. Coordinates with and assists the Brigada Eskwela Coordinator in
facilitating active participation of education stakeholders who are
willing to contribute in the form of volunteer hours, labor support and
in-kind donations in ensuring that public schools are all set in time for
school opening.
d. Coordinates with and assists the Senior High School Coordinator in
outlining the requirements and processes involved in entering into
partnerships with private entities in the fields of work immersion
opportunities for public Senior High School (SHS) learners.
e. Maintains a book of donors/sponsors for data base purposes'
f. Initiates activities relative to the program and submit reports to the
District Coordinator for consolidation.
