Project work contents and description

1. Select one factory from the list or out of the list.

2. The selected factory should be applicable for the assigned to be design conveyor.
3. State each process flow or department of the factory
4. Select the necessary material handling equipment (hoist or/and Conveyor)
5. design one conveyor (assigned conveyor namely:- Group 1(Bucket Conveyor), Group
2(Apron Chain Conveyor), Group 3(Screw Conveyor), Group 4(Vibrating Conveyor),
Group 5(Pneumatic Conveyor), Group 6(Flight Chain Conveyor), Group 7(Flat belt
Conveyor), Group 8(Troughed belt Conveyor)) for the factory.
6. The content of the report paper includes:-
 Introduction (Background of the study & the company, objective)
 Literature review (principle of operation, function of the assigned conveyor, design
consideration of the assigned conveyor),
 Methodology (3D modelling, Drive unit, carry structure, etc.),
 Design of Mechanical Component
 Analysis of mechanical component on ANSYS.
 Conclusion.
