PROJECT COST Php 84,150.00

Upon signing hereof, this instrument shall become a Contract of Agreement between the Contractor

and the Client, and hereby agrees to the Terms and Conditions stated herein:

• The owner/client shall secure all any permit and licenses needed in the project

• Terms of Payment

• 50% down payment before mobilization

• 50% progress billing

• Estimated Date of Completion 7-15 days

• Water & electrical consumption should be provided by the owner/client

• The owner/client shall make the site accessible for any equipment and tools to be used on site

• Quotation is valid for 30 days

 • We offer a full five (3) years of warranty for our waterproofing. However, damages caused by
the

force majeure such as earthquake, fire explosion, lightning, settlement, structural failure and

movement of metal work use in conjunction with waterproofing work are not covered by this

guarantee.
