Each person has an inner need for these blessings and without them they will struggle. SATURDAY AFTERNOON MINISTRY LISTENING SKILLS

1:15 PM 3:00 PM
Carol shares an exciting story of how God spoke to her, revealed His heart, and transformed her life, drawing Carol into an adventurous personal relationship. It started with one question Carol asked God: God, Margaret says You talk to her! Do You really do that? Jeremiah 29:13 - You will seek Me and find Me when you seek Me with all your heart. Psalm 27:8 - My heart says of You, Seek His face! Your face, LORD, I will seek. This session will address some of the personal habits that block our ability to listen effectively to God and those around us. We will learn what kind of listeners we are, the obstacles to good listening, and how we can develop better listening skills for one another and for God. The VanHoosiers will give us insight into Russ Parkers course, Christian Listening.
