 Rules & Regulations
1. 9 Players a side, match will be played in a Turf Ground.
2. 12 Minutes each Half + 6 Minutes half time (Total 30 Minutes).

3. Maximum 3 substitutes players will be allowed in a team.

4. Maximum 3 Guest players will be allowed in a team (must be a Malayalee Catholic).
5. Guest Players will be only allowed to play only for one team they are assigned to play.
6. All players must carry their own jersey, shorts, and Shoes (Strictly Canvas / turf shoes only).
7. Referee’s / organizer’s decision will be final and to abide, no arguments permitted with referees or
organizers. In case of such an unfortunate incident, respective team will be disqualified from the tournament.
8. Organizers won’t be responsible for any kind of injury during the tournament.
9. In case of a tied match, winner will be decided through penalty shootout (each team will get 5 penalty shots).
If the match continues to be tied even after penalty shootout, a toss will decide the Winner.
10. In the event of a yellow card shown during the match, the respective player will be immediately suspended for
4 minutes from the game.
11. In the event of a red card shown during the match, the respective player will be immediately dismissed the
current game and next game.
12. All relevant international football rules (including the offside regulations) will be applicable for each game
played.
13. Shoes and Shin Pads will be compulsory for every player.
14. Prizes: 1st Prize 15,000/- + Trophy
2nd Prize 10,000/- + Trophy
3rd Prize 5,000/- + Trophy
15. In addition to this, more Cash Prizes /Trophies shall be awarded for best goalkeeper, highest goal scorer,
Best Player etc.
16. The registration must be completed on or before 10.02.2023.
17. Reporting time will be 8.30am and Venue will be the following:
Fr. Agnel Astroturf Ground, JN-2-B-2/76, Dr Mar Theophilus Marg, Juhu Nagar, Sector 9, Vashi, Navi Mumbai,
Maharashtra 400703.
18. The reporting time should be followed strictly. Any undue delay will lead to disqualification of the
respective team.
19. The tournament is being conducted only for KCA Members and their units only.
20. Only KCA unit-based teams will be permitted for the tournament and strictly unit President must sign the
registration form.
21. Registration fee is Rs 1500/- per team, each KCA unit can register up to a maximum of two teams.
22. No age restrictions for players.
23. Copy of Aadhaar Card of players/Guest players certified by unit president must be submitted along with
registration form.
24. Guest players must also submit their willingness letter to play for the team duly certified by respective
unit president.
25. The tournament will be limited for a minimum of 10 and maximum up to 16 teams, therefore, registration will
be on first come first served basis.
26. Refreshments will be provided for team members (9 Players + 3 substitutes), Coach, Manager, Unit
President, Secretary and Treasurer. Total 17 numbers only.
