Good day! The Fiat Lux Academe will be having its rehearsals for the recognition. Attending the rehearsals together
with the parent/guardian to be held at Fiat Lux Academe of Gen. Trias. Inc. Covered Court is a MUST. He/She
MUST be here in school on June 8, 2022, 8:00 AM to 12:00 NOON.

With your approval, rest assured that Fiat Lux Academe will strictly follow and is strictly following the
guidelines set by the Inter-Agency Task Force (IATF):

 The child must wear a face mask at all times.

 The child must observe the 1-meter social distancing.
 The child must check body temperature at the entrance gate before proceeding to the rehearsal venue.
 The child must log in and complete the Contact Tracing Form and must pass the alcohol sprayer
machine.
 The child must wear the appropriate clothing required for the rehearsal and must provide also extra
clothes.

Students and parents must bring these necessary things upon entry:

 School I.D  Extra clothes

 Face Mask  Vaccination Card (Parent)
 Alcohol or hand sanitizer
