    Hello, just wanted to let you know that Commissioner Ryan passed away this morning. We are down to one
    member for the Iowa Commission Board and will need two appointments. We can hold our December 6th
    meeXng if there is one appointment made though. There is sXll nothing vital that needs to happen at the
    December meeXng, but it would be helpful to get a few things done to keep them from piling up in March,
    but nothing criXcal. Thanks much and hope you both have a great Thanksgiving.
