SECOND READING OF HONORS and SECOND GENERAL ASSEMBLY

NARRATIVE REPORT

On the 17th day of February 2023, a general assembly was held at BNHS
covered court. It was attended by numerous number of parents and guardians
from all the grade levels of both the Junior High School and Senior High School
department. It started with the singing of the nationalistic song through audio
visual projection and followed by a prayer led by the School Faculty President
in the person of Mr. Policarpo Roa. The audience were requested to sit down
and Mrs. Julieth Lacson gave her welcome remarks. Mrs. Nida Apostol
acknowledged and presented the participants from all the grade levels starting
from the Grade 7 level up to the Grade 12 level.
On the other side of the venue, a registration committee was busy
attending to the incoming participants to have them signed the attendance
sheet per level and per section.
Part I of the event was the Reading of Honors which was facilitated by
the Principal, SPTA President, Grade level chairman and subject teachers.
Students were so grateful because their hardwork was greatly acknowledged.
This was then followed by the second part of the event which was the General
Assembly of the Parents Teachers Association. This was facilitated by our very
own School Principal, Mr. Alfredo C. Tongco, Jr. He discussed clearly the
following agenda:
1. Project Augmentation Fund
2. HRPTA Membership
3. Supervised Lunch
4. School Safety Program
On the stage, the officers of School PTA were seated and one of them was Mrs.
Kathleen U. Quijada who is the current SPTA Secretary. She took notes of the
inputs and minutes of the meeting discussed by the Principal.
After the talk of the School Principal, Mr. Benjie Jimenez who is the
SPTA President had his talk and support discussion in relation to the agenda.
He also facilitated the Open Forum.
 The meeting went well and ended at exactly 3:33 pm. It was overall a
very prolific discussion. It was hosted by Mr. Derson Pacudan.
Attached herewith are the attendance sheet, minutes of the meeting, and
program.
