THE ORGANIZATIONAL TYPE AND STRUCTURE

This chapter include the types of organizations, organizational structure,

and compensations and benefit.

Type of Organizations

The proposed business tailoring shop remaking clothes and dress will be

organized as a partnership, propriety, business it is the simplest form of business

and it is easy to handle and manage. It also easy to setup and have minimal cost.

Figure 2. organizational structure 4.1 shows the organizational chart of the

business. The owners / manager is task to oversee the day-to-day operation of the

business, the customers are the buyers of remaking clothes or to order the

product.
