OPENING SPIEL FIMHS: Good morning everyone and Welcome to “OKSIKLAB: Igniting
Collaboration through Performance Recognition: DILG Occidental Mindoro
Awarding Ceremony for LGUs’ and Field Officers’ 2022 Performance

JJTB: Before anything else, I would like to take this opportunity to express my
happiness to be able to share the stage with you Irish on this momentous event,
after more than a year of being in DILG Occidental Mindoro.

FIMHS: I share the same excitement with you, Joy. I am truly happy to have this
moment just before we move forward to our journey as LGOOs. Looking back in the
past year, we were so blessed to be in Occidental Mindoro as we were given
numerous opportunities to learn and grow. Likewise, I am happy to be seeing the
people we have worked with in the past year in this event to take a step back and
celebrate what we have achieved.

JJTB: Today is a celebration of our year-long commitment as we all imbibe the


values of being a Matino, Mahusay at Maasahang Kawani. It is only right and
proper to take time to recognize excellence and celebrate each other’s commitment
which contributes to the attainment of the Department’s Vision and fulfillment of the
Local Government Units aspirations

let us welcome on stage the man who has been very instrumental in the individual
and collective achievements of DILG Occidental Mindoro through his leadership,
the Provincial Director of DILG Occidental Mindoro, Dir. Juanito D. Olave, Jr, CESO

Inspirational Message JJTB: Thank you PD Jun for the welcome message. // To inspire us to continuously
RD Kar Caesar R. Rimando, CESO strive for excellence, it is an honor to introduce one of our guests. He hails from our
III Province, Occidental Mindoro. Brought about by his wide array of engagements, he
had served and was appointed to various leadership positions in the Department.
He has been a Provincial Director and Assistant Regional Director in DILG
MIMAROPA, Assistant Director for the National Barangay Operations Office, and
ultimately the Bureau Director for the said office. As a field man, it was without a
doubt that he was entrusted with the helm of DILG Region 8 as its Regional Director
in 2020. Across all of his assignments within the Department, he has indeed
inspired many and has left notable legacies in order to improve the service delivery

Keynote Message IRISH: Thank you so much, RD Rimando for your inspirational message. // I am
ASec. Rolando C. Puno, Assistant honored to introduce to you our keynote speaker for this momentous event. 
Secretary for External and Our keynote speaker is a graduate of the Ateneo de Manila University. He is a 3rd
Legislative Affairs generation Puno serving in the government. He is the grandson of former Minister
of Justice Ricardo Puno, nephew of former DILG Secretary Ronaldo Puno and
Antipolo Congressman Robbie Puno, and the son of former Press Secretary and
Presidential Spokesperson, and TV host and journalist Atty Dong Puno. Prior to
joining the government, he was an executive at a top corporation handling media
and government affairs.

government units! Truly, the Lord has blessed Occidental Mindoro in the past year
with all these accomplishments and milestones we celebrate today.

FIMHS: We acknowledge the efforts of everyone who has taken part in all these
feats, and we hope that we will continue to rise on to greater heights this year 2023
