5- Day Refresher Course of PGS Initiation Stage for Mobile

To our Regional Director, PBGEN FLYNNE E DONGBO, the

Chairman of our Technical Working Group for PNP P.A.T.R.O.L Plan 2030
as well as our Deputy Regional Director for Administration PBGEN
ARCHIVAL D MACALA, PSMU personnel, and participants from the Mobile
Forces good morning, welcome to our 5-day refresher course of PGS
Initiation Stage for Mobile Forces – Panay Leg.

The journey of PRO6 towards transformation has been long and

tough. We, in the Regional Headquarters has already earned the Silver
Eagle Award for the Institutionalization Stage last year and we take pride
on that because it means the hardwork of our personnel in maintaining the
activities under the PNP P.A.T.R.O.L Plan 2030 bore good fruit. That
includes also the contribution of all the units who have made the
achievement possible.

Before we underwent the Institutionalization Process, we promised

that all units of this PRO will undergo the pending Initiation and Compliance
Stages for some units.

The Initiation Stage is the first step of your PGS Journey and is aimed
to establish your PSMU, TWG and Advisory Group. At the end of the
refresher, we are expecting you to be ready to undergo the Initiation
Evaluation Process.
