    was working with M/s Ballarpur Industries Ltd. From 01-12-1982 to 28-02-2015 with UAN No.
    100388306427, Member ID-NZWGL00070280000000739 and Establishment ID-NGWGL0007028000.
    My EPF account has been transferred in 2016.

    In this regard I am requesting you to please add my previous (Ballarpur Industries Ltd.) organisation
    EPS service with present organisation (Satia Industries Limited) EPS for the consideration of my
    Pension.
